Our strength and conditioning sessions focus on performance-based outcomes, with the main goals including but not limited to; athletic performance, injury prevention and optimising movement.

James will take you through a range of performance based assessments to use as a baseline and a personalised program will be created, based on your individual goals.

Although this type of coaching has traditionally been used for athletes, at Recovery + we understand the benefit for all people to participate in such training and encourage anyone interested in a tailored exercise program to book in for a consult.

SESSION TYPES

INITIAL ASSESSMENT - PRIVATE

For your first strength & conditioning session at Recovery + you require an initial assessment. This is where James will chat with you about your exercise & medical history, take you through a series of baseline assessments and help you establish attainable short and long term goals. This session is required for any clinical exercise client who is new to Recovery +.

Duration: 1 hour

SUBSEQUENT SESSION - PRIVATE

For subsequent strength & conditioning sessions at Recovery + you will build on your baseline assessments established in your first session and continually work towards your health & fitness goals. These sessions aim to challenge you, so leave feeling those endorphins flooding your system - a sign of a great workout!

Duration: 50 mins

GROUP SESSIONS

Group sessions are a great way to get active & reach your fitness goals, whilst exercising with your friends &/or family. These sessions are limited to 5 people per group to ensure each person can still receive tailored feedback.

Prior to attending a group class, an initial private strength and conditioning session must be attended in order to assess your current fitness & function.

Group class payment structure allows for a substantial discount if the class is full, so get your friends to book in with you to make the most of it!

Normally priced at $70 per person per class, the group class discount is as follows:

If attending a class, you will receive a $10 discount for every person who attends. With a capacity of 5 persons per class, a maximum savings of $40 per person can be achieved, should the class be full.
