Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual therapy with a head to toe approach. This means we understand the relationship between structure and function of the body, while appreciating that the body has the ability to heal itself.

Having this knowledge allows us to identify the root cause of your pain and/or restriction, before creating a treatment plan that provides you with immediate and long term relief.

What you can expect from your treatment, is a client centred approach with a focus on the musculoskeletal system.

The techniques we use to achieve this are:

  • Soft tissue massage

  • Joint mobilisation and manipulation

  • Muscle Energy Techniques

  • Myofascial Dry Needling

  • Exercise Rehabilitation

  • Ergonomic Education

CONDITIONS WE TREAT

  • Neck & Back Pain

  • Sciatic Pain

  • Hip, Knee & Foot Pain

  • Should, Elbow & Wrist Pain

  • Arthritis Related Pain

  • Sports Injuries

  • Pre & Post-Partum Related Pain

As Australian osteopaths, we are AHPRA registered practitioners and our treatment is included in most private health ‘extras’ policies.
